What an epic win for the LSU Tigers over the hated Alabama Crimson Tide to cap a very entertaining college football weekend, and a decent week gambling wise.

I went 5/10, and actually hit on two of my NFL picks. College was a different story as Minnesota covered pretty easily and won against Penn State. Fresno State also fucked me pretty hard, and so did Oregon State last Friday.

But we’re back and I’ve got picks for you.

NFL

3. Bills @ Dolphins +6.5

Betting on the Dolphins against a pretty solid team like the Bills seems crazy, I get it. But I think, at home an improving Dolphins team can stay within 6 points against a struggling Bills team. Yes, the Bills are a better overall team but the NFL is a league of trends and both teams seem to be heading in opposite directions. Bills 26 Dolphins 20

2. Cards +10.5 @ 49ers

I took the Cardinals a couple of weeks ago at home against the 49ers to cover +7 if I’m not mistaken (could have been +6.5) and at +10.5 I feel pretty good. I know it’s on the road, but this Cards team is not that bad, and has only lost its last two games by a combined 6 points. This 49ers team is coming off a physical Monday night game against the Seahawks, and might be missing there main receiving threats like George Kittle and Emmanuel Sanders. 49ers 31 Cards 23

1. Bengals @ Raiders -10.5

How about these Raiders? They’ve been a pretty entertaining team this season so far and have really impressed me. That offense is pretty damn good, and that rookie running back Josh Jacobs is a tank (please don’t kill him Jon Gruden). Meanwhile the Bengals are absolutely terrible and are playing a rookie quarterback on the road in the black hole. Raiders 34 Bengals 20

7. UNC @ Pitt Under 49.5

Some food (maybe bait?) for you degenerates tonight. Without even doing research I feel like Pitt hasn’t scored over 21 points in like five seasons. Doing research I am wrong and they have scored over 21 points three times this season, but lets be honest Pitt is not some offensive juggernaut. UNC is a decent offensive squad but Pitt’s defense could cause havoc for the Tar Heels offense. Pitt 21 UNC 20

6. Kansas +17.5 @ Oklahoma State

Here’s nice little revenge game for Les Miles and Mike Gundy, who supposedly wasn’t the biggest fan of Miles. This is a huge line, and I get it because it’s in Stillwater which is a tough place to play. Also Oklahoma State is just a better overall team, but I think Miles will have his team ready to play and keep it within that line. Oklahoma State 30 Kansas 17

5. ASU @ Oregon State Under 57.5

Last week I bet on Oregon State to cover 10 against UW and instead they lost by 12 and only scored 7 points. ASU is a very good defensive team, and could potentially be missing there starting quarterback, Jayden Daniels. The Beavers offense has been a pleasant surprise this season, but after last weeks fiasco I think they struggle at times this week against a solid Sun Devils defense. ASU 27 Oregon State 23

4. Arizona +27 @ Oregon

Oregon has a real shot at making the college football playoff (so does Utah) and have looked very good since barely losing there first game against Auburn. Arizona has not looked good this season on either side of the ball, but I feel like this could be a let down game for Oregon and the Cats can keep it closer than 27. Oregon 48 Arizona 27

3. Georgia -3 @ Auburn

Somehow Georgia still has a shot at the college football playoff and this is just another game to prove that they belong against a good Auburn team. Auburn is at home, and that defensive line is very good, but Georgia knows that it needs to win this game and they have the talent. Georgia sneaks a win out. Georgia 28 Auburn 24

2. Oklahoma @ Baylor +10

This is going to be Matt Rhule’s biggest game ever in his career, as he has undefeated Baylor squad facing off against a one loss Oklahoma team. Oklahoma is the better team, there’s no doubt about it, but this Baylor team is scrappy. I could see a surprise win here this week by the Bears, but I at least think they keep it within 10. 1. Minnesota +135 @ Iowa

Most people will see this line and be shocked. I was at first too, but Vegas clearly thinks its a let down game on the road against a very physical and talented Iowa team. But PJ Fleck knows how to get teams to move past these type of games and I think he’s going to have a very impressive Minnesota team ready to play. Iowa will keep it close, and it could be a low scoring slugfest, but the Golden Gophers should be able to go 10-0. Minnesota 20 Iowa 14
